What can you do during seminars ?

Take your associates or clients on a seminar for a week-end or maybe just a day, it can only be beneficial to you and your company. Still, you need to know the schedule you will suggest in order to succeed in your task.

Sports: a way to stimulate cohesion and mutual assistance

It is obvious, sports challenges have always been popular. Nothing can reawaken your team spirit as well as funny Olympiads. Karting in teams, rafting, multisport tournaments, tree climbing adventure and hiking (biking or walking) are safe bets and really appreciated.

It is more and more customary to diversify activities by alternating sport trials and mini-games (investigation and reflection games, quiz games, recreational workshops ...).

It is the best way to improve collective efficiency with your associates! These activities will teach them methods to work efficiently in team, and you will be surprised at how creative your teams are.

Culture: a very special moment for escaping

Far from competitive spirit and related to serenity, creative workshops are recommended (culinary, manufacturing ...), so that participants may let their imagination roam. Also, to escape from the pressure of the office, nothing is better than cultural trips as visiting tours, tasting, walks, discovering local culture and specialities...

These activities are highly advised for client seminars because they are favourable to warm exchanges, with less formality. Excellent tool for public relations, they create trustful relation in the medium and the long term.

Working space: give employees a chance to speak

Whatever the place, seminars have common objectives: unite asociates, create a team spirit and integrate new arrivals. In the middle of other activities, setting up working space in small groups makes the employee’s expression easier, and thus it increases his consideration. Role-playing games, working on specific issues about the sector of the company, or the company itself : you need to facilitate the appropriation of the company’s culture by each employee,  who needs to be actor of his own training.

Beyond the choice of activities and places, the most important point is aiming at the employee’s thriving, so why would you not consult your employees before getting into the organization of a seminar?
